I recently stayed at Hostal Rio Amazonas for a few days during my visit to Santiago. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided me with a map of the city, highlighting must-visit places and local eateries. Despite the room being small, it had everything I needed, including a great hot shower. The homemade yogurt and jam served at breakfast were a delightful treat. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro, restaurants, and major tourist attractions. Plus, there was an adorable dog!

This hotel is located close to a neighborhood with many restaurants, making it very convenient to dine out. The breakfast here is absolutely delicious and there are many options to choose from. The view from my room was stunning and I loved being able to look out at the cityscape. As a disabled guest, I appreciated the various leisure facilities that were available to me, including a pool and gym.

I had the most comfortable sleep with big, soft pillows, nice mattress, and a warm duvet. The room was compact but had everything I needed with a hot shower. The staff was great, and the location was perfect, close to main sights and with a useful map. Though I skipped breakfast, this hotel provides it daily for guests.
